Pepper Fest 2022 - EVT Incentive Marketing

To achieve a true festival feel, our crew built a traditional stage, and positioned a custom-built 5m x 3m LED screen displaying motion graphics and branding. Motorised lights set to the event’s colour scheme were positioned on and around the stage/ screen area for that extra wow factor. A truss arch was also built and installed by our crew to facilitate the client's vision for the main festival entrance, which included  a custom vinyl signage wrap and coloured LED lights. We also scattered coloured up-lights around the gardens to help create a magical festival vibe once the sun set. We supplied DJ decks, a PA system, and microphones for the night's entertainment, speeches and award presentations to run smoothly. To further enhance the festival vibe, boho tents were placed around the site with interactive activities happening inside; we helped facilitate the face painting tents by providing the Hollywood-style mirrors and in-tent lighting.
